What is Activate.d?
Activate.d is a licensed Hong Kong real estate agency and consultancy (EAA Licence C-103081) that activates commercial buildings. We design the concept, build the space, run it and bring in the tenants. Our team has founded and run flexible workspace in Asia since 2012, including Garage Society, The Hive and Eaton House.
What does commercial real estate activation mean?
Activation turns space that isn’t earning its keep — an empty floor, a quiet lobby, fitted units tenants can’t find — into something people use: flexible workspace, a lobby lounge, events, shared facilities or an innovation hub. It is incremental. We start with the part of the building that can move first, then work floor by floor, lobby by lobby.
What services does Activate.d offer?

What is the difference between Garage Society and ReadySpace?
Garage Society is our staffed coworking brand, operating since 2012 with four sites on Hong Kong Island: Central (Ruttonjee Centre), Wan Chai (Beverly House), Causeway Bay (Tower 535) and Sheung Wan (Arion Centre). ReadySpace is a serviced floor that runs without a front desk: tenants tap in 24/7 with cleaning, pantry and support in the background. It is cheaper to operate and suits full floors of 4,000+ sq ft.
What is ReadyOffice?
ReadyOffice is a deal brokerage platform, currently in build, that matches tenants with landlords who have fitted units sitting empty. Under our brokerage licence it matches the two, brokers the deal and sets up the space around it, including IT, fit-out setup and an activation refresh. It suits fitted spaces of 500–8,000 sq ft, and the structure is an agency fee plus an activation fee.

Activated Real Estate Agency Co. ("we") collects personal data through this website only when you choose to send it — your name, email address, company and whatever you write in the enquiry form.
We use it for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, continue a business conversation with you. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking.
Form submissions are processed by Formspree, which delivers them to our inbox and retains a copy on its servers. Our website is served by our hosting provider, which records standard access logs. Neither is used to build a profile of you.
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — which pages people read and whether they get in touch. It sets cookies and collects your approximate location, device and browser, and records when an enquiry is submitted. It does not receive your name, email or the contents of your message. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
We keep enquiry data for as long as the business relationship is live, and delete it on request. Under the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance you have the right to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, and to have it erased.
